Redrow Homes proposals(Now Building) for up to 150 private new homes on land to the east of Northampton Lane North.
Vehicular access is proposed via a new junction off Northampton Lane North in the north west of the site. The junction will take the form of a priority junction on a raised table, designed to reduce traffic speeds. It will be necessary to relocate the existing pedestrian crossing further to the north. (Completed summer 2014)
Two additional footpath / cycle links will be provided to the west of the proposed development, further improving connectivity with Northampton Lane North.
