Leonie & Ludivine in the GATTACA lab

We would like to thank Léonie and Ludivine for choosing the GATTACA for their 2nd traineeship (BTS program)

Ludivine has already done her 1st traineeship with us last year, working on the implementation of a HTS assay for identifying promising three-way DNA junction ligands.. During this 2nd stay in the lab, she completed this assay, and made it robust, practically convenient and trustful. Many thanks to Ludivine for these two 2-month stays in the GATTACA.

Léonie did only her 2nd traineeship with us: she worked on the diversification of the use of N-TASQ for detecting both DNA and RNA-quadruplexes in HTS manner, developing a convenient 96-well plate assay with a particular focus on detection limit and specificity. We thank her for choosing our lab.

We thank them both for their energy, enthusiasm and for injecting so much in the lab!
