No sooner had she arrived than Katerina published in Nucleic Acids Res.! Well done!

Katerina indeed provided the 'final touch' to a long-term study aiming at assessing the interactions that take place between DNA junctions (more precisely here, three-way DNA junction, or TWJ) and small-molecules (TWJ ligands). We have developed and implemented the mix-and-measure in vitro assay named TWJ-Screen, which allows for assessing the binding affinity and selectivity of ligands for TWJ, in a straightforward, reliable and practically convenient manner..

Congrats to the other coauthors as well, Marie-Paule and Anton (from Institut Curie, Orsay) and Marc and Ludivine (from GATTACA)
