Our club has successfully applied for permission to start Single Action Shooting on our range.
Facades have been made and the special steel targets prepared.
FA Branch have approved and supplied our new Range Certificate with the specifications for our participation in Single Action Discipline.
Several of our members have attended some of the events that Frontier Branch has programmed including their State Title event.
Even when attending as visitors it is expected that persons are in the costume of the era.
The Discipline is exceptionally safe and well organised.
Participants usually register an Alias which is usually linked to a historical person or name.
One of the most exceptional things is that the program of State events is shared between Associations!!!! So not just within SSAA SA.
Which is a wonderful way of uniting shooters in a sociable competition.
