Thank you to all members, their wives and our interstate visitors and their partners who assisted willingly and with good humor with the National Muzzleloading Championships held over Easter.
Monarto weather prevailed and tested the competitors to the limit.
It was great to meet up with our interstate travellers and exchange news and views of our families and discipline.
Our dinner on Sunday night was a great success with many people dressing in military and civilian costume of pre-1900 period.
These people really "broke the ice" and along with the great meal provided by the "Texas Bull" caterers and the wonderful wine donated by winemakers from the Langhorne Creek area - Bremerton Wines and Lakes Breeze; the evening was an amazing social event.
Kim Atkinson Muzzleloading National Discipline Chairman presented the Postal event medals during this dinner.
The final competition medals were presented on Monday evening after the completion of the final event of Shotgun.
Please log on to the SSAA National website for full details and scores.
Our little club was proud of the success of our members at this event.
