Mithileysh is a young scientist & entrepreneur with exceptional experience in research, teaching, and business management. His expertise in product development – at both theoretical and application levels – ranges from industrial projects to academic ones in domains such as Education, Engineering, Healthcare, and Agriculture. 

He holds a BE degree in Electronics and Communication from VTU, India (2011) and an MRes degree in Communication Systems from Swansea University, UK (2012) - the project was in collaboration with CISCO and Stanford Networking Research Center, USA - the focus was on developing algorithms for communication networks.

 He was one of the top ten successful applicants out of 1000+ applicants for achieving a full three-year Predoctoral Fellowship at the University of Brighton, UK (2012-15) due to his high performance in academics. His research was in collaboration with Nokia Bell Labs, Finland (Microsoft Research) - the focus was on developing visualisations for mobile communication networks. 

He was invited as a Visiting Research Assistant at the City, University of London, UK to investigate the role of visualisation in email communication. He was the top successful applicant out of 100+ applicants for achieving a fully-funded Doctoral Fellowship to pursue his PhD at the same University in collaboration with Google Research & Red Sift R&D, London. He developed solutions that were deployed on Google Workspace (G Suite). Following this, he went on to complete the Industrial Postdoctoral Fellowship. Working with several countries and industries, his works have led to several innovations, publications, patents, grants, and awards.

Now, he is the Founder & CEO of MIT Square™, a product development company, which focuses on the latest technologies to build scalable and reliable products that can make a visible difference to our community.

At an age of 19, he started his career as a social entrepreneur and now mentoring several institutions and budding engineers in India. Recently he was awarded the International Achievers Award 2020 and CEO of the Year 2021 for his innovation and product development. His diligence and stark sight have achieved his startup the recognition as one of the fastest growing startups in India. 

He is also the Founder & Chair of Raj Square Charity Foundation which focuses on youth empowerment and women empowerment. He is a self-made person who is building a platform for many to achieve success.
