I conduct workshops for parents so that they can be better prepared to help their children with their school work whether there is or is not a learning disability. The various workshops encompass the following:

•What is Phonemic Awareness

•What is Orthographic Processing

•What is Concept Imagery

•Homework Help

•How to write a book report

•How to help your child with reading and spelling

•How to help your child with comprehension, expression, and critical thinking

•How to help your child stay organized

•How to help your child with math

•How to help your child with vocabulary

•Challenges that students with learning disabilities will encounter with their school work

These workshops can be done at a private home, library, schools or other locations.
