Heritage Fair 2022

Heritage Fair is September 17, 2022! Our annual festival will be held at Camp Blue Diamond on Saturday, September 17. There will be food, children’s activities, an auction. Dunk tank, crafts and demonstrations. We are celebrating being able to join together with church friends and family.

Will your church participate this year? Begin making plans for what your congregation will do. Food and craft booths, games, be creative and think outside the box!

With this year being combined with District Conference, we are encouraging congregations to bring extra items and food with some being willing to stay open longer into the afternoon for those who will be participating in District Conference Business Session from 1:30-5 pm.

Heritage Fair Wrap up

What a beautiful fall day to experience the Annual Heritage Fair. This day is filled with food, fellowship, connecting with friends and community building among our 55 congregations in Middle PA District. This is one of the biggest fundraisers that Middle Pennsylvania District and Camp Blue Diamond work together. All proceeds support the ministries of Camp & District. To date proceeds are $21,896.45 which will be split between Camp & District.

The children’s area is a big part of the day with a bounce house, balloon animals, face painting, cookie decorating, scarecrow making and the pocket lady.

The Ministry Support Auction provides a way to support the vital ministries by placing a bid on a variety of baskets and handmade items. All proceeds from the auction support the ministries of Camp Blue Diamond and Middle Pennsylvania District.

There were approximately 28 of our 55 congregations who provided food, crafts, handmade items, children’s activities and parking assistance.

We are thankful for the support of the many volunteers who help to make this day a success. We are grateful to our congregations who continue to support the ministries of Middle Pennsylvania District and Camp Blue Diamond. Without you, we cannot provide these ministries!
