Work Experience Placements.

Award Winning Midget Gems Childcare is happy to provide ,free of charge, training facilities and instruction for students.

We take responsibility for providing a safe and supportive training environment.

Health and Safety Officers come and audit Midget Gems Childcare. We can provide copies of their on-site visits.

All paperwork with schools and colleges are kept up to date. We use Unifrog and accept Learning Goals from Placement Coordinators.

Inductions take place on the student's first day.

Our Employers Liability Insurance details are provided. Risk Assessments are also up to date. We abide by data protection and privacy law and are members of ICO.

We have received a certificate in recognition of the "Outstanding support Midget Gems Childcare has given Darlington College Students".

Richmond School and Sixth Form College has also thanked us for our continued support.
