Several things have to happen before this agreement can be put into play:

• • Regular data dump of all necessary info needs to be automated and placed on ECISD's SFTP Server. Right now, this kind of report has to be "manually-generated" by someone with appropriate access.

  • Recommendation: Pay ESC-20 for an automated data file dump to ECISD SFTP Server.

  • The 90-day agreement needs to be reviewed to ensure it does not have any legal language out of line with Texas law or district practices.

  • A list of ALL reports (e.g. EOC, STAAR, Bilingual/ESL, Special Education, Bridges) that need to be included need to be itemized. These may entail specific cost.

Finally, when do you want to meet and should this meeting include the full committee or just AdminCouncil?
