Compared to the cost of sports and other youth activities, we believe that Scouting delivers great value to its members and will return a lifetime of dividends.
The following information reflects expected costs for the new 2024-25 program year. All prices are subject to change.
We do not want cost to be a barrier for any youth to participate. If your family needs help, please check out the Financial Help section below.
Money shouldn’t be a barrier between your child and scouting. So, if they want to join our pack but finances are a problem, there are ways we can support you. Our parent organization, Circle 10 Council, offers registration and uniform assistance. Contact the council's office regarding assistance.
Scouts who participate in our fundraising efforts also receive financial benefits. The Pack will cover the cost of annual dues for scouts who sell more than $600 of popcorn!

Pack dues are currently $175 annually and are due by the November Pack meeting. However, the Pack will cover the cost of annual dues for scouts who sell more than $600 of popcorn!
Full membership in the Pack for the current School Year and next summer (though our Pack year ends in June, we won't collect new dues until the following November).
One pack T-Shirt ("Class B" uniform) for scouts who are new to the pack

“Class A” uniform: $110-150 (approximate)
Scout handbook: $24
NOTE: Some initial costs such as the uniform, pack t-shirt, and Scout handbook can be avoided by obtaining them second-hand from other scouts that have moved up in the program or outgrown their items. Speak to a pack leader or your den leader about our “uniform closet.” In some cases, an additional minimal payments will be requested, usually per-person attending, to cover some or all of the cost for certain pack events. Even with dues and per-event payments, the pack does not have enough income to offer all of the above. Additional fundraising is accomplished each year with BSA Popcorn Sales.
Pack equipment and materials for pack and den meetings is funded by our annual popcorn fundraiser. However, certain pack activities have nominal participation fees and will be announced as we near the event or activity:
Camping: age 5+ for food
Blue & Gold banquet: age 5+ for food
Summertime pack outings
Summer day camps and residence camp are run by the local BSA district and council.
