Captain Eeyore Cast Member DVD

This is a very Rare DVD, produced in the 1980s by Walt Disney Cast Members from Disneylands Character Department to show at the annual character banquet. It basically a frame by frame parody of Michael Jacksons Captain EO attraction. The DVD features actual costumed characters from the parks including the title character or Captain Eeyore and Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (Doc, Happy, Sleepy, Grumpy, Dopey, Sneezy and Bashful) and many others.

One Web site I found read " Captain Eeyore is a bawdy send-up of Captain EO, a 3-D intergalactic dance film starring Michael Jackson that had a run at Disney parks from 1986 to 1998; it [Captain Eeyore] features a sophisticated soundtrack, fully choreographed dance routines, and expensive special effects. Other, more lo-fi videos were obviously never intended for distribution outside character circles."

Another reads " brilliantly satirical video filmed on the fly in the Park tunnels after hours. Called "Captain Eeyore," it was a shot-for-shot parody of "Captain EO" except featuring Disney costumed characters. You have not lived until you've seen Eeyore moonwalking."

This version is several generations old (transferred from VHS), so the quality is not great.

My DVD's are not professional productions; they are fan producedusing home VHS video tapes and recorders, 8mm and 16 mm cameras/film footage, etc.

This is home video footage so the quality varies. The lengths of my DVDs vary. However, I try to keep them close to one hour. This ensures the highest quality images on the disks.
