Ingredients3 green onions, chopped (or one small shallot)1/4 cup lime juice1 clove garlic, minced2 ripe avocados, halved and coarsely chopped1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro1 Tbs. olive oil2 Tomatoes3–4 drops hot sauce, or more to tasteInstructions
Put garlic in mortar and pestler and crush it. Add lime juice. Cut the avocados in halves and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into the mortar with lime and crushed garlic. Lightly mash until you get a chunky paste. Add the chili hot sauce, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Mix well and season according to tast.
