Initial Assessment $120

Individual Session $100

Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes

INSURANCE

I am on most insurance panels as an in-network provider.  

If you intend to access your behavioral health benefit, it is your responsibility to confirm your coverage, request authorization for services, and determine if you have any applicable deductible, co-pay or co-insurance. As a courtesy to my clients, I bill behavioral health companies directly. Applicable deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance that are paid by the client are due at the time of service. 

PAYMENT

I accept cash, checks and credit cards for payment of services.

CANCELLATIONS

Please call at least 24 hours in advance if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

State and federal confidentiality laws strictly protect our professional relationship.  These laws are the ways our society recognizes and supports the privacy of what we talk about together.  I am prevented from releasing any information about you to another person or entity without your explicit, informed, written permission.  However, there are exceptions to maintaining confidentiality.  I have a duty to protect you and others if I believe that you are a physical danger to yourself or someone else.  I am also mandated to report suspected child or elder abuse and neglect.  And a court could, by law, order me to release your health information.  

LICENSURE
