Diploma of the Professional Barista
Diploma will be given to all those students who passes more than 80% of both written & practical exam after the completion of 40hrs of 3 courses, "Barista Basic", "Cupping for Coffee shops" and "Barista Advanced".
I already finished those 40hrs, 3 courses. So, literally, I'm ready for exam.
But before an exam, there are lot more to remember like coffee theory and so on. Looks so much left to take an exam..

Academia Barista Pro is the Barista School in El Salvador in Central America.
They teach many courses about Barista. Basic from professional for competition and even some for business.
They just started in 2010 so it's still new.
At the Competition in El Salvador in 2012, one of their trainer Carlos got 2nd place in Barista and Best Espresso in El Salvador. He has been working as a Barista for 2 years. For more info, National Champion goes to World Barista Championship. In 2011, Salvadorian guy won the championship and because first World Barista Champion from those coffee producing countries.
Courses are given man-to-man style. Spanish and English is available. They are flexible.
Have courses for Barista, Latte Art, Brewing Methods and so on. They issue diploma for every courses.
For those students who fulfills specific condition, they will issue Diploma of the Professional Barista. Please check below for more detail.
Personally, I have to think about how I will keep practicing during my travel after my study here. Without practice, there will be NO imporvement and I'll forget about it little by little. So, practice is pretty important part for me and that would mean I didn't throw away my money for nothing.

- will teach you advanced skills of preparing espresso, how to work as a efficient Barista, introduction to Latte art, etc..
