The NTE Pack 2005 is a complete package for the frequency-domain analysis of continuously recorded human Electroencephalogram (EEG). In particular, the NTE Pack 2005 is suitable for scalp analysis and source current density estimation. Some functionalities are achieved in conjunction with the old LORETA-Key free package, which you should have installed on your computer.
In the Pack, three separate programs complement each other:
EureKa3!
Raw EEG data editing, artifact rejection, preprocessing (resampling, filtering...), and data analysis.
NTE MapInsight
Scalp data imaging by means of topographic maps and charts.
MHyT!
Suitable statistical analysis of scalp and LORETA data for a number of experimental designs such as clinical studies, cognitive studies, pre-post single subject, correlations, learning curves, etc. It is based on state-of-the-art max-statistics permutation tests.
