I am the director of the Food and Biochemical Engineering Laboratory of Sapienza's Food and Biochemical Engineering Laboratory at the Department of Chemical Engineering. My research topics span from a core dealing Biotechnology and Food Technology to Nanotechnology and Membrane Technology (in collaboration with prof. M. Stoller).
Project works are available both for students of Sapienza University of Rome, and of the University of Padua (Padua experimental work to be carried out in the Conegliano Campus laboratories).
