The library conducted its 2nd university-wide library meeting last January 23, 2018 at LSPU-Sta. Cruz Campus Library. 23 library personnel are in attendance. The agenda discussed were the following:

1. Authorities and designation of librarians and staff

2. Performance report of the library

3. ISO 9001 requirements

4. Planning

4.a. Collection Development

4.b. Quality Objective setting

4.c. Strategic Development Plan

5. LSPU Research Center and Library of Things

6. Other Matters:

6.a. Scrap and build option for additional librarian items

6.b. Using DLM to record log-in of users
