Graduating students, High School and Undergraduates, are required to submit the following to the Technical Research Library:

• Hardbound copy of your Thesis;

• (For BSCS & BSIT only) CD/DVD containing the developed software

• photocopy of the Approval Sheet; and

• photocopy of the Abstract / Executive Summary;

These are needed for you to be cleared from your library obligations. Thank you.
