2026 SPRING Season

Race times are determined a few days before each regatta and will be posted on the regatta website and announced through TeamSnap. Please hold the full day for these important events.

Winter Practices will start on Weds January 7 in front of LMHS gym and schedule will be as follows :

Monday-Friday  for Girls -3:15 pm-4:45 pm 

Boys-5:15 pm- 6:45 pm

Freshman and Novice -4:15-5:45 pm  

Please note the following dates that we will NOT have Winter workouts:

Thursday January 15-MLK Day of Service

Monday January 19-MLK Day-No school

Thursday February 12-No school

Friday February 13-No school

Monday February 16-Presidents Day-No school

We are starting on water practice on Tuesday March 3.On the water practice schedule will be as follows: 

• Tuesday - Friday bus service provided

• Girls:  bus leaves school right after school 3:20 pm- leaves boathouse around 5:30pm back to LMHS

• Boys: bus leaves school 5:00pm - leaves boathouse around 7:30pm back to LMHS

• Saturday - Bus service schedule from LMHS

• Girls: Bus leaves LMHS at 7:00 am -return bus leaves Hines Rowing Center at 10 am

• Boys: Boys-Bus leaves LMHS at 9:30 am -return bus leaves HRC at 12:30 pm
  
  

Busses for all practices will depart behind the school in front of the Weight room.Please arrive 5 min before the listed departure time.Busses will leave promptly at listed times.All rowers must take the bus to and from practices.Please notify captains and coaches immediatlely of any changes .

Spring Break Bus Schedule

• March 22: Manny Flick 2 Regatta

• March 29: Manny Flick 3 Regatta

• March 30:Spring Break Practice

• April 1: Spring Break Practice

• April 12:Manny Flick 4 Regatta 

• April 19:Manny Flick 5 Regatta

• May 2 & 3: City Championships

• May 9 & 10: Mid- Atlantics (Qualifying Rowers only) 

• May 15-16 :Stotesbury Regatta

• May 21-23:SRAA(Qualifying Rowers only)

• June 1 :End of the Season Banquet at Villanova Inn 6 pm
