Can You Help?

Many thanks for the donations left at the Village Hall  and the Shoulder of Mutton this year. Your kindness is much appreciated.

We’re into a difficult time of year now for many people with winter weather and Christmas coming. 

The main requirements remain the same but a few Christmas treats would also be appreciated in December. Please remember to check the Use by or Best Before dates on the products to ensure they have at least a week of life left. A full list of urgently needed products can be found on the website  wansbeckvalleyfoodbank.org

Quiz Night in the Shoulder of Mutton

A BIG thank you to everyone who came along to the pub quiz in November to support The Toby Henderson Trust – an independently funded charity supporting autistic children, young people, adults, their families and carers in the North of England.

Everyone’s generosity meant that a grand total of £718 was raised on the night and every penny will be used to set up a new group for young people at Toby House in Bedlington.
