Rewards & Recognition

1. The most important values in Pinewood Derby competition are parent/son participation, good sportsmanship and learning how to follow rules. Everyone is responsible for recognizing and encouraging these qualities in addition to traditional racing awards.

2. Every participating Scout will receive a Pinewood Derby patch and picture of him with his car with the Pack flag.

3. Top three fastest and best design in Rank receive a plaque to mount their car and hold their picture. Others will receive a medal.

4. Top three fastest and best design in the Pack receive a trophy.
