National Red Ribbon Week is 10/23-10/31. Cub Scouts help remind area schools of this important time of the year to make healthy choices and say no to drugs by tying red ribbons around school campus.
Live Oak needs our help to kick off Red Ribbon Week. We'll be putting up ribbons on Saturday, October 25 at 9am.
Parents are expected to stay with scouts throughout the red ribbon tying event. After the red ribbon tying event, we will do a Live Oak Campus Cleanup.
Pack 997 and Live Oak truly appreciate your help with this campaign! Thank you.
When: Saturday, October 25th, 9am - 10.30am
Where: Live Oak Elementary School - parking lot in front of Kids Country.
What to Wear: Activity uniform (Class B shirt + rank hat)
What to Bring: Water bottle and jacket if cool; Trash Picker is recommended
What Scouts Earn: Participating scouts will receive a participation patch
We hope you can join us in making this positive statement to our school community and Live Oak neighbors.
