About Us

I first opened for business in 2007.

I hope you will find our home warm, friendly and inviting, we aim to provide a high level of care and education for your child, we have created a colourful warm, safe environment full of resources for your child to learn through play.

I am experienced within the care of children and elderly having studied since leaving school. 

Environment

We provide a small private setting to which I am registered to take the number of children on my registered certificate, along side this is my public liability and business car insurance documents.

I am registered with the PACEY and Babys Days online system, all contracts etc, will be provided by them. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times and all documentation will be in a locked cabinet. Online passwords are given individually and you will only have access to your own child. I am covered by ICO for use of mobile phones, tablets and computers.

The entrance to the setting is via the side of the house so the setting has its own entrance and doorbell.

The main gate to the setting is then to the Right which is kept locked from the inside, the area surrounding the setting is secure at all times and locked from the inside,

all the areas are checked every morning before opening.

We aim to provide adequate space and lighting during the winter months for the children I am registered to take.

The conservatory is for sole use of the children and activities, we have a large bathroom next to the conservatory for the children, with the facility

for nappy changes etc. we have a quiet area for children wishing to sleep and we provide a covered area on AstroTurf.

We have a large garden, with adequate space for play/ P.E activities. There is also a flagged area for messy play water, sand, planting, paint etc.

 The children have use of the Xbox and Tablets,  with (monitored) Internet Access, should you give your permission.

We do a lot of arts, crafts and baking activities etc , We have a large range of toys for all ages.

We attend Jelly Beans at Eccleston primary school, Space centre, All Thrive sensory, Local Park and weekly library visits for extra support, all with risk assessments completed.
