Winter Fundraiser!

Dear Parents and Students,

Our Music Department is sponsoring a very important fundraiser. The proceeds raised from this program will be used to help pay for student music accounts & trips. We have partnered with a leader in the fundraising industry, Century Resources, who offers a wide variety of quality items. We chose the Sweet Treats & Pizza brochure(s) for our fundraiser. The products are high quality and come with an unconditional money back guarantee.

1. For us to reach our goal we need each student (family) to do

their fair share and sell at least 15 items.

2. Start Date: 01-23-2012

3. Order form due no later than: 02-06-2012

(checks payable to Linn-Mar Schools)

4. Collect Payment when you take the order

5. Products will arrive the week of 03-05-2012
