DISNEY WORLD 2013: The music department will again be taking a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida from March 7^th – 13^th 2013. We will be hosting an informational meeting about this trip on Thursday, May 3^rd at 6:30 p.m. in the Little Theatre at Linn-Mar High School. This meeting is optional and is informative only. We will be releasing the agendas and approximate pricing for the trip. Also, if you are interested in becoming an official chaperone on this trip please send me an e-mail stating your interest and I will log it in…as this opportunity has limited quantities and is based on a first come first serve.

STATE LARGE GROUP CONTEST: The next event for our orchestras will be State Large group contest.

This will be taking place on Saturday, May 5^th. The below information includes the bussing, warm-up, and performance times for each group.

FINAL CONCERT OF THE YEAR: Just a friendly reminder that we have our final spring concert on Tuesday, May 15^th @ 7:30 p.m. There will again be a potluck dinner at 5:30 sponsored by our Orchestra Officers. Further details about the dinner and concert will be forthcoming…
