Booking a Session

Preparing for Star Healing 

•    The duration of a Level 1 or 2 Attunement is about 1-1/2 hrs

•     Remote sessions are just as effective as when in the physical presence of the practitioner

•    A form must be filled in before the session is scheduled

•    Typically, you will receive Star Healing laying down or seated comfortably

•    Quiet location, no distractions or noises during the session

•    Choose a day when you can rest after your session

•    Even the following day, some level of relaxation is helpful

•    Increase water intake before and afterwards, to facilitate the release of toxins

•    Different types of releases may occur, and can last up to 10 days

•    Follow-up reports help evaluate the effects and changes and share comments

   Remote Sessions                     

•  You must be alone in the room

•   We will connect by cell phone and every movement will be explained as we go along

Star Healing is not like REIKI, which can be 'drawn' for one frequently.  It is such a major upgrade that it is usually given ONLY ONCE  (1st Level Attunement), and A SECOND time (2nd Level), if desired.   

A 2nd Level Attunement is not the same as 1st, but uses the same principles and tools.  It can be received no sooner than 3 weeks after the 1st.
