The services I provide include programme design, exercise instruction, nutritional advice, 1-2-1 training sessions, kettle bell training, suspension training, vipr training and corrective exercise.
Sessions are carried out in your home, local gym, my private gym or outdoors at a time to suit you.
Group sessions are also available if you wish to train with a partner or friends. Group weight training introduction courses are also available throughout the year at Haybridge Sports Centre.
