Fall 2012 Assessment Plan:
In Fall 2012, the department plans to assess MAT 104: College Algebra using the same uniform final as in Fall 2010. The uniform final includes questions corresponding to each of the math major and course outcomes so that we can determine what percent of the students passing this course have achieved each of the outcomes. We need adequate staff to analyze the data we will be collecting as this course has many sections.
In addition plan to analyze one or both of the following advanced math major courses:
Faculty teaching these courses will design their own finals which will be used to assess the classes.
