DEADLINE FOR 2025: If your scout missed CHIC I or CHIC II training at Camp last year, she had to have completed alternative training through GSGLA prior to FEBRUARY 24, 2025 for CHIC I or JANUARY 15, 2025 for CHIC II. ALL ALTERNATIVE TRAINING requires advance approval of the camp director. You must have permission from the camp director before beginning CHIC II alternative training.
Use the online application (pre-registration) if:
your daughter will be entering 1st through 8th grade in the Fall of 2025,
AND your daughter is a registered Girl Scout within the La Canada Service Unit*.

The Registration Process:
Pre-register your scout by completing the Camper Pre-Registration application at the bottom of this page. Do not forget to hit the submit button at the end. When you scroll back to the top. You should see a new web page with the words "WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PRE-APPLICATION."
You will receive a confirmation form by email within one day after you submit this application.
Review the form, confirm the information is correct. If any changes are needed, please respond to the email ASAP. There is no need to print the form.
Within 48 hours of receiving the email, follow the link to Cheddar Up to pay your registration fees. If fees are not paid within 48 hours camper spot will be lost.
Note that the confirmation number in your confirmation email will be required to pay fees on Cheddar Up. The camp fee for 1st through 6th graders is TBD and for 7th and 8th graders is TBD. Cheddar Up accepts credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and e-Check.

Refunds:
We cannot extend refunds after March 16, 2025 since many supplies will already have been ordered by this date.
*ALL CAMPERS MUST BE REGISTERED GIRL SCOUTS WITH GSGLA for 2024-2025 within the La Canada Service Unit. Campers do not need to be affiliated with a troop, but they must be registered. If your camper is not affiliated with a troop, you will be required to send camp a proof of GSGLA membership. This will be a membership card you can print from the GSGLA e-Biz website.
