2017 7th Grade Welcome

We provided snacks and water. The meeting was one hour (from 3:30-4:30). We asked one adult to attend from each troop and we met with the parents and gave them a tour/answered questions while our girls gave a tour and answered questions for the 6th graders. We had 4 troops attend - around a dozen girls.
Timeline:
3:30-3:45 snacks and welcome
3:45-4:15 girls split into 4 groups and toured campus
4:15-4:30 Q&A in small groups then closing circle with all 7th and 6th grade girls (led by 1 adult leader)
