These are some examples of doodles that I pair with sentences and have the kids translate and discuss at the start of class. You are welcome to use these, but I would also recommend making your own in a simple stick-figury way so that your students won't be afraid to try their own illustrations. You can find more on my tumblr. I would recommend the app "graphite" or "pen and ink."
