Objectives:
To have fun
To learn how the gladiatorial games were organized and fought in the Roman empire.
To practice our spoken Latin, in particular our adjectives and the vocative case
Your Choices:
1. Each student will prepare their own gladiatorial armor (start saving cardboard!)
2. A student can also choose to be on someone’s support crew and help them prep their armor and cheer them on (this means they will not fight).
3. A few students can also choose to have a role in the games that does not involve combat, but does allow them to make their own costume. Your requirements will be different then the ones listed below. Ask if you are interested, but there are only a few slots available for this option.
