Percy Jackson Treasure Hunt

Objective: to practice prepositions, the ablative and relative pronouns

The Gods have given Percy and his friends a new quest: to find the magical golden apples before Luke and Cronus do.  These apples are hidden around Greece at important historical places.  Those found at battlefields are the apples of Discord.  We really don't want those to fall into the wrong hands.  Those found in ancient cities are Hera's and if you don't get them back to her quickly she will lose it and start a war with Mortals, something that would really strengthen Cronus.  Those found in other places were thrown there by Hippomenes to distract Atlanta, and only have the power to distract your enemies.  Please use the hints and the internet machine on the ipad minis to find the following places where they are hidden on your map of Greece.  Then mark and label them.  You get 3 points for finding an apple of discord, 2 points for finding an apple of Hera, and 1 point for finding one of the apples that Hippomenes threw.  Whoever has the most points at the end of the contest temporarily wears the Crown of Laurel and is declared best hero in Camp Half-blood.
