• Quarterly Residential Users: $246

• Quarterly Commercial Users: $311

• Rental Unit (hotel or cabin, annually): $246

• Mobile Home or Single Unit Users (unit owned by inhabitant on a rental lot, not in a commercial campground): $246

• Commercial Campgrounds (per unit, annually): $325

• Vacant Lots (debt retirement fee): 60% of Quarterly Rate

• Septic Tank Pumping: $220

• Sanitary Sewer Permit Fee: $100

• Connection Fee: $2,200

• Late Fees: 10% of Invoice Total

Rate History

Garbage Rates & Services

• Year-round (January 1st - December 31st): $218 (plus sales tax)

• Seasonal (April 1st - October 31st): $148 (plus sales tax)

Garbage pick up is every Monday and recycling pick up is the first and third Tuesdays of the month. (Dates may vary due to a holiday; an official schedule can be found on the home page.)

Please place your bin on the very edge of the road and at least three feet away from any structure, tree, pole, ect. The service provider will not collect if the bin is more than three feet away from the side of the road. If your bins are out together, please place them at least three feet apart as well. 

The LPSD holds an annual Lake Wide Cleanup every June for residents that participate in the LPSD garbage service. Commercial properties are not included. A flyer is mailed out to each individual prior to the cleanup. 

Commercial accounts are negotiated individually with the service provider.
