Кто придумал кулич краффин? Кто автор кулича-краффина?
An Easter cruffin (or kulich-kraffin/paska-krafin) is a hybrid Easter bread combining a kulich/paska dough and a cruffin decorating - specially styled for Easter by combining it with the traditional Russian kulich / Ukrainian paska. It features long, spiralized layers of laminated dough, often filled with dried fruits, nuts and baked in a tall, cylindrical mold to resemble a festive cake.
Origin: The modern "Easter Cruffin" (kulich-kraffin/paska-krafin) trend was popularised by Liudmyla Vu (Luda Easy Cook) in 2017 as a modern take on traditional paska/kulich Easter bread.
These cakes are designed for special Easter celebrations, acting as a centerpiece of modern Easter baking culture.
