Author Guide

Instructions

Access the online submission site at:

https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lgcnskrais2014

If you have an EasyChair account, please login

If you do not have an EasyChair account, please proceed to Step 3

· Click on the “sign up for an account” link

· Follow the instructions shown on the “Signing up for EasyChair: Step 1” page. Fill in the suggested words in the textbox to continue.

· Please enter your name and e-mail address in the given fields. After pressing continue, you will be directed to a web screen that says “Account Application Received”. Continue to wait for the confirmation e-mail. It will arrive within minutes.

· Upon receipt of the email, click on the link to finalize your registration to EasyChair.

· After clicking the link, a new web browser window will open. Please fill up the form and click on the “Create my account” button to complete the creation of your EasyChair account.

· Upon successful creation, you may proceed to the LG CNS/KRAIS 2014 submission page by clicking on the provided link or via https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lgcnskrais2014

· From the top menu, click on the “New Submission” link

Note: If it is the first login to your EasyChair account, you must agree to “EasyChair Terms of Service” when prompted.

· Fill up the Authors section with the details of every author.

Note: If there are more than 3 authors, click on the “Click here to add more authors” link.

· Fill up the Title and Abstract section as per your document submission.

· Fill up the Keywords section with a list of keywords to characterize your submission.

· Under the Upload Paper section, click on the “Browse…” button and select the PDF file you wish to submit.

· Click on the “Submit” button to submit your manuscript. Upon successful submission, you and your co-authors will receive a confirmation email.
