김수한 金秀漢

Soohan Kim is a Professor of Sociology at Korea University. His research explores the intersection of work, organizations, and institutions, with a focus on how they produce and sustain social inequality. His studies analyze corporate diversity programs, gender dynamics in managerial networks, and the organizational effects of interdisciplinary research. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology from Harvard University in 2011. 

고려대학교 사회학과 교수이자  BK21 FOUR 사회학 교육연구팀장으로 재직하고 있다. 조직, 제도, 다양성, 불평등을 핵심 주제로 연구와 강의를 진행하며, 고려대학교 다양성위원회 위원으로 활동했고, 노사발전재단의 적극적 고용개선조치(AA) 심사위원으로 참여하고 있다. 현재 『지체된 혁명: 일, 가족, 조직에서 젠더 불평등』을 집필 중이며, 2025년 출간을 앞두고 있다.
