김수한 金秀漢

  

Soohan Kim is Professor of Sociology at Korea University. His research interests include work, organization, institution, and diversity. He has conducted research on how social institutions have shaped organizational processes, employment, and inequality. He studies the effects of corporate diversity on financial performance (with Frank Dobbin, Alexandra Kalev and Yuval Spiegler); the effects of commuting on social network and quality of life (with Lira Ahn); on mechanisms of gender homophily (with Hwajin Shin); on the effects of interdisciplinary research on gender inequality (with Dong Joon Park and Soyun Park). He received his PhD from Harvard University in 2011. 


고려대학교 사회학과 교수로 재직하면서 문과대학 연구부학장,  노동학협동과정 (박사과정) 주임교수, BK21 FOUR 사회학 교육연구팀장을 맡고 있습니다. 조직, 제도, 다양성, 불평등에 관심을 두고 연구와 강의를 하고 있습니다. 고려대학교 다양성위원회 위원, 노사발전재단 적극적 고용개선조치 심사위원으로 봉사하고 있습니다. <지체된 혁명: 일, 가족, 조직에서 젠더 불평등>을 집필 중입니다.
