김수한 金秀漢

Soohan Kim is a Professor of Sociology at Korea University. His research interests include work, organization, institutions, and diversity. He has conducted research on how social institutions shape organizational processes, employment, and inequality. His studies also examine the effects of corporate diversity on financial performance, the mechanisms of gender homophily, and the impact of interdisciplinary research on gender inequality. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2011. 

고려대학교 사회학과 교수로 재직하면서,  BK21 FOUR 사회학 교육연구팀장을 맡고 있습니다. 조직, 제도, 다양성, 불평등에 관심을 두고 연구와 강의를 하고 있습니다. 고려대학교 다양성위원회 위원으로 활동했고, 노사발전재단 적극적 고용개선조치 심사위원으로 봉사하고 있습니다. <지체된 혁명: 일, 가족, 조직에서 젠더 불평등>을 2025년 출간할 예정입니다.
