I offer in-office or remote telehealth appointments Mondays-Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Telehealth appointments can be a regular phone call, FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meets.

Just like your physical health, your mental and emotional health affect everything you do.

I am a Counselor/Psychotherapist dedicated to a high standard of professional care.  I provide confidential and effective counseling, dealing with all aspects of emotional difficulty.

Most of us will experience times in our lives when we feel stuck with a particular problem and in need of extra support to help us move forward. 

In seeking to relieve this emotional distress and suffering, you may consider therapy. Psychotherapy is meant to address the causes of mental and emotional struggle and explore potential options and opportunities.  I offer counseling that is respectful and creative, goal-oriented yet flexible, and truly values your personal experiences, thoughts, and opinions throughout the process of change.
