The Unconditional Work project focuses on aspects of the professional and private lives of women working in the field of art. It also looks "beyond" work - at studies, motherhood, retirement, the pandemic - that is, at other areas of life that are closely related to work. It is dedicated to the reflection of the current situation of the pandemic, focusing on how the changed conditions affect the work, financial situation, psychological health or social relations of the participating women. It thus records the impacts and manifestations of the setting of working conditions and the resulting precarity with respect to certain phases of women's lives. Thus, he is interested not only in work, but also in personal life and psychological experience, in interpersonal relationships and experiences with manifestations of power and dominance, primarily within the hierarchical structure of the institutional environment of a school or an art gallery/museum. The author approached a professionally wide group of women in the field of art with thematic ranges of questions for cooperation. In addition to artists, curators and theorists, the project also involved women of several generations active in other professions related to artistic operations or art education - university teachers, deposit managers, production managers, gallery teachers and others. The project thus offers a broader view of the work and the range of important activities taking place in the background of the artistic operation, which, however, is often overshadowed by the concentration on authorial performances, on individual authorial subjects.

Bezpodmienečná práca - Korona, 2021, video, 21:02min

Projekt Bezpodmienečná práca sa zameriava na aspekty profesionálneho i súkromného života žien pôsobiacich v oblasti umenia. Pozerá sa tiež “poza” prácu - na štúdium, materstvo, dôchodok, pandémiu - teda na ďalšie oblasti života, ktoré však s prácou úzko súvisia. Je venovaná reflexii aktuálnej situácie pandémie, zameriavajúca sa na to, ako zmenené podmienky ovplyvňujú prácu, finančnú situáciu, psychické zdravie alebo sociálne vzťahy participujúcich žien. Zaznamenáva tak dopady a prejavy nastavenia podmienok práce a z toho plynúcej prekarity s ohľadom na určité fázy života žien. Zaujíma sa tak nielen o pracovný, ale aj o osobný život a psychické prežívanie, o medziľudské vzťahy a skúsenosti s prejavmi moci a dominancie predovšetkým v rámci hierarchickej štruktúry inštitucionálneho prostredia školy alebo umeleckej galérie/múzea. Autorka k spolupráci oslovila profesne širokú skupinu žien v oblasti umenia s tematickými okruhmi otázok. Popri umelkyniach, kurátorkách a teoretičkách boli do projektu zapojené tiež ženy viacerých generácií aktívne v ďalších profesiách súvisiacich s umeleckou prevádzkou či s umeleckým vzdelávaním - vysokoškolské pedagogičky, správkyne depozitu, produkčné, riaditeľky, galerijné pedagogičky a ďalšie. Projekt tak ponúka širší pohľad na prácu a rozsah dôležitých činností odohrávajúcich sa na pozadí umeleckej prevádzky, ktoré však často zatieňuje koncentrovanie sa na autorské výkony, na individuálne autorské subjekty.
