This election was extremely exciting. The people of my campaign worked very hard and I am extremely proud of the impact that we had and the message that we spread.
Above all else, I wish to thank the people who voted for me. I could not be any prouder to have received their votes. The message of social tolerance and fiscal responsibility is clearly resonating with many voters.
Second, I wish to thank my campaign manager Matt Cholko who was instrumental in getting this campaign in motion, and my Treasurer Rodney Severson. I want to thank the people who donated to my campaign. Your generosity is very much appreciated. I also wish to thank the members of the LP who helped me petition and campaign -- specifically, Libertarian candidate for President Gary Johnson who endorsed me, Dr. James Lark, Laura Delhomme, Chris Brookover, and Robert Kraus. Robert is running for City Council so remember to consider Robert in that election. I also wish to thank volunteers Thomas Conway, Ian, Skylar, Larry, John, and Stella for their efforts; as well as my dad and my brother for their help. My thanks goes out to everyone who contributed to my candidacy in many ways, large and small.
Lastly, I want to thank Rob Krupicka and Tim McGhee for being a part of this electoral process.
I offer my congratulations to Rob. I hope he continues to champion civil liberties and equality; I also hope that Rob tempers his views on government spending. Civil liberty and economic liberty are close cousins. Only when both forms of liberty are respected will people and society be able to reach full potential.
See you in 2013 !

Most importantly, please check whether you reside in the 45th district and consider voting for me on election day!
Thank you for your support!
Here is a link to my podcast with the Arlington Mercury. I cite the LP non-aggression principle and call for a minimal role of government. I jumbled my words at one point in the interview and say minimal cuts (instead of minimal government). The editing also makes my position on abortion sound a bit pro-life when in reality it is effectively pro-choice (ah, edits). Overall though I think I get out the message of tolerance and economic freedom. Many thanks to the Arlington Mercury.
Good coverage and good photo! =)
