Original Mission Statement
To build ultimate community in Ann Arbor and to combine the myriad pickup games in the area and have one league where games were guaranteed to happen, to bring together ultimate players in the area, and into which to recruit new players.
Michigan Incorporation: May 20th, 1998
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are:
•Organization, administration, scheduling, planning, and promotion of non-professionally leagues and tournaments for the sport of ultimate in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.
• To create a non-profit ultimate club in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
