    • Memorize your Sutra & practice Statvan ( for those who reciting Stavan too ).

    • We will have our ANNUAL TEST on September 21. The curriculum is given to students in the class. It is everything learned so far.

Home Work:

    • Memorize 18 Paap Sthanak those who haven't memorized.

    • Prepare explanation about the Paap assigned to each student - they will explain in the class. You can include example of story, any practical example of that Paap in your explanation.

    • Start preparing your Sutra or/and Stavan for Stavan/Sootra recital. We will have dry run in June 8th class.

    • Recited Sutra - Karemi Bhante & Samayia Vai Jutto.

Home Work:

    • Memorize Both the sutras learned in previous class - Karemi Bhante & Samayia Vai Jutto.

    • Memorize the Tassa Uttari, Annath, Loggassa Sutra by heart. This is just revision of the Sutras learned in the previous class.

    • Revise everything learned so far with Sutra recitation, Guruvandan Vidhi etc. We might have quiz in the next class.

    • Explained the Jain Panchang & Tithi

    • Explained the 8 qualities of Sidhdha & summarized the difference between Arihant & Sidhdha.

    • Started the explanation of 8 karmas & explained the Gyanavarniya Karma.

    • Revised Ichchkar & Abhutthiyo sutra.

    • Talked about Thanks Giving & discussed why & for what we should thankful for.

Home Work:

    • Write your practical examples of accumulation of Gyanavarniya Karma – Good or bad, till next study class.

    • Write at least 10 sentences for the things you should be thankful for.

    • Memorize the Iriyavahiya Sutra by heart.

Class Work:

    • Students shared about Diwali - what they did or how they have observed the Parv.

    • Explained the story of Gyan Pancham – Gunmanjari & Vardatt (was on Kartak Sud Pancham, Nov 7)

    • Also, explained the importance of Kartik Sud Punam (coming on Nov 17) with the story of Dravid & Varikhalla.

    • Explained the Guruvandan Vidhi & performed in Temple in front of Guru Gautam Swami.

    • Also, did Gyan Puja in Temple in a group.

Home Work:

    • Perform Guruvandan atleast twice (either at home or in a Temple) before next class. Students who were absent – the Guruvandan Vidhi is attached in class update email. If you have any question, please, let us know. Make sure you know the Ichchkar & Abhutthiyo sutra by heart.

    • Write summary about the importance of Kartik Sud Punam.

    • Write do’s & don’t – how to respect the Knowledge (Gyan).
