Thank you for registering with Joshua Joel SMA Life Inc. for our “Give VI” Refurbished Video Game Drive this Christmas.  Please continue to visit our website for updated information.

You can sign a family up to be considered by following these simple steps:

There is no specific criterion to sign a family up. However, there is no guarantee that every family signed up will receive gifts through the program. Which families are selected to get games is determined by:

•       A first come first serve selection process

•       Selection vary according to donation availability

•       Various families who have been presented as possible candidates to receive games by partnership organization.

•       Participants will be allowed to select two gaming platform options and according to availability each family will be given one of their selected options.

•       A brief opportunity to explain why that family believes their children would enjoy receiving a video game for   Christmas.

During the week of November 16th – 22nd 2014, selected families will be contacted directly by our organization to schedule an appointment for a required verification of your children’s name and age. The games will be distributed during the week of December 7 – 13, 2014. Distributions will only be allowed at the schedule time with a valid driver’s license, passport or ID card.

We ask that only the parents or guardians (maximum 2 people) come to pick up the games. If there is any conflict, please notify the Joshua Joel SMA Life Inc. representative when they call.
