What will there be when we look back? Just memories? I think some people keep photos with an aspiration that by reflecting on glory, one can reclaim it. I've never been a photographer before this trip. I actually avoid being photographed whenever possible. This time, however, I found myself taking lots of snapshot of the most random things. It has been a way to say to the world "I did this" or "I was really there." The silly thing is that it doesn't really matter what you think. Don't misunderstand me; I like you. You've been a great listener and have inspired me to write better and more frequently than I would otherwise. But in the end, I'm selfish. I did this trip for me and no one else. It may sound immature and childish, but I hope everyone reading has such opportunities to be as selfish. The adventure was splendid, and despite my attempts, it defies the adequate description by images or words.
I have just one final post to save after this one. So in my penultimate entry (that's a great SAT/GRE word), I am here to share what I have left. The above were trinkets and receipts of things I did and places I saw. Below are a few photos from throughout the trip that I have not already posted. Enjoy the remainders, and let me leave you with two quotations from great (albeit fictional) teachers:
"Do or do not. There is no try." - Yoda
"May the force be with you" - Obi-Wan Kenobe
