Being out as sea can be scary. Any explorer needs to have a carefully mapped out plan for their journey. Their compass guides them through the waters and the roughest storms. In areas they are unsure about, or new waters, they can use their map to guide their way.
Preparing and using a script in your interview is just like using a compass as your guide out at sea. It is important to create a script for your interviews, practice it and know it, so you will be comfortable in your interview. COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
Tell me a little about yourself.
Explain your work history, what qualifies you for this job, address work experience, skills, education, qualifications that pertain to the position you are interviewing for.
Tell me about your most recent job?
Name the company, give a brief description of job duties and responsibilities.
Why did you leave that job?
Give a simple and discrete answer. Never say you were fired from the job unless you are asked.
What is your strength?
Give a specific example from your past experiences of why it is your strength.
What are your weaknesses?
Two Ways to Answer this question:
Real Weakness: Give a real weakness and what you have done to solve it.
Real-Fake Weakness:Give an example of a strength as your weakness.
Why do you want to work here?
Give facts that you have researched about this company to explain why you want to work there and join their team.
Why should I hire you?
Restate your best skills or qualifications that make you the best candidate for the job. Do your research before hand and know what that employer is looking for and match yourself with their expectations. These skills can come from the job description or by asking the management staff their expectations.
