Titan Trebles & Natural State of Mind Spring Tour

Arrival Time: Branson Landing 12:45 PM
Purpose: Scholars will perform for the opening act of Dollie Parton's Dixie Stampede and Branson's famed King Castle Theater
What does my student need: Toiletries & Hygiene-(Soap/Shampoo, Toothpaste, mouthwash, Deodorant, Toothbrush, hair products/accessories), Travel Items-Cell Phone, Cell Phone Charger, Travel charger, Wallet, Snacks for travel and room (Food and Beverage: at least $10 meal money for two meals, Cash for vending machines, mall shopping, and theme park (if you desire), a dirty clothing bag, any medication, one luggage bag and one moderate sized carry on bag, swimming attire and extra blankets or pillows if desired.
Attire- Friday: wear any comfortable attire for the travel day. Bring assigned choir robe and NSM members bring your formal performance attire. Both groups will sing both days at both venues. Saturday: bring relaxed attire for Silver Dollar City
Itinerary
Friday, March 16: Today is your Performance Day!
-9:00 am Depart from Jacksonville High School and drive through to Branson.
-12:30 pm Approximate arrival time in Branson, MO. Group will meet your Tour Manager at the Branson Landing on Lake Taneycomo. Shop and eat lunch on your own at one of the many restaurants.
-2:00 pm Group will check into the hotel at The Branson Towers Hotel, 236 Shepherd of the Hills Expy. Branson, MO 65616 This hotel has an indoor pool and deluxe continental breakfast including hot items served buffet style!
-5:20 pm Arrive at the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show. (Performing group is dressed in performance attire/Dixie Photo Option.) (both groups)
-5:40 pm Dress rehearsal and sound and lighting check begins. (30 minutes)
- 6:30 pm Pre show performance begins. (Twenty minutes)
- 7:00 pm Carriage room Dixie Pre-Show begins.
-8:00 pm Enjoy the Dixie Stampede Dinner & Production.
-9:30 pm Return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the indoor pool.
Saturday, March 17: Today is your Performance Day!
-7:00-8:30 Continental breakfast is served at the hotel.
9:15 am Depart for Silver Dollar City Theme Park and enjoy a day of fun. Lunch is on your own at the park. Silver Dollar City is home to more than 40 fun-filled rides that offer something exciting for everyone, from speeding steel coasters to wild water rides. Test your grit aboard great thrill rides such as Outlaw Run® the World's Most Daring Wood Coaster - Voted Best New Ride of 2013 worldwide! WildFire®, PowderKeg® and The GIANT Barn Swing will also excite the daredevils in your group! Plenty more pulse-quickening Branson attractions can be found within the park.
-2:45 PM Return to the hotel to relax and prepare for your evening events.
-3:50 pm Depart for your pre show meal at Montana Mike’s Steakhouse Restaurant. (Performers need to be dressed in performance attire.) (4:00 pm)
4:50 pm Depart for King’s Castle Theatre. (5:00 pm)
5:10 pm Clinic begins as soon as stage is set.
6:00 pm Group continues with sound & lighting check to prepare for their evening performance.
7:25 pm Pre-show performance showcase begins.
8:00 pm Enjoy “The New Jersey Nights Show”. “New Jersey Nights” is a spectacular celebration of the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, and takes the audience on a nostalgic musical journey through the career of one of the biggest selling groups of all times. From the back street studio in New Jersey where it all began, this vibrant production includes all of The Four Seasons greatest hits, Sherry, Rag Dolls, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Walk Like A Man and so much more.
10:30 pm Return to the hotel.
Sunday, March 18:
-6:00-9:30 am Continental breakfast is served at the hotel.
-10:00 am Check out of the hotel and depart for home. Chaperones are responsible for checking rooms for forgotten items and damage. Please collect all room keys at this time before departing home. We may be venturing to Branson Landing if we do not get to go on Friday
-Between 2-4 pm Arrive home. 2PM if we do not go to the Branson Landing before leaving and 4 PM if we stop.
