RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER full time Retail Division

Drives sales through store management and ensures the general operation of assigned stores meets Company standards. Ensures stores standards are met in the areas of customer service, safety, merchandise presentation, production, housekeeping, cash handling, banking, and business reporting. Assists with the preparation of annual sales and expense budgets. Manages store personnel adjustments while maintaining payroll budget. Ensures store production goals are met. Maximizes floor layouts to achieve sales per square foot goals. Coordinates stores’ delivery and pickup transportation needs. Identifies and resolves store equipment needs and maintenance issues. Approves accounting and timekeeping records. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the direct reports. 5 years of managerial and supervisory experience. 7 years of retail experience

RETAIL ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER full time Arlington, Chino Hills, Colton, Murrieta, Riverside, Temecula

Assist the store manager in the efficient operations of a retail store; related reports; auditing procedures; bank deposits and cash control; merchandising; staff supervision, training and evaluating; security and safety of company employees and property. Two years of college, or equivalent experience.

RETAIL STORE KEY HOLDER full time Chino, Colton, Fontana, Fontana South, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Rancho, Riverside

Complete Key Holder Training Program as assigned and assist Store Manager in the efficient operation of a retail store. Position is intended to be a bridge to the Assistant Manager position and will last for a maximum of one year, unless otherwise approved by the Director of Stores.

RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE part time Canyon Plaza, Chino, Chino Hills, Colton, Corona, Fontana, Fontana South, Hemet, Highland, La Quinta, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Rancho, Redlands, Riverside, Upland, Upland Campus

Perform general sales functions and general housekeeping. Must be able to do heavy lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs; able to work variable schedule; able to communicate in English; and have good knowledge of basic Math. Must be punctual and dependable. Other duties as assigned.
